The back patio is complete with outdoor furniture and a grill creating space to entertain or relax. The large yard will be another great space to entertain once established. The large dining table seats 4 with seating for 3 more at the kitchen island and a highchair.
The lower level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, laundry room and a large living room. The couch is also a pull out couch. Also on the lower level is the kids nooks, wood-burning fireplace and a walk out to the backyard. Which the firewood is conveniently located.
